Our commitments to sustainability

We make our grape selections from partner growers who work in harmony with nature and we encourage them to limit their use of plant care products.

  • We give preference to growers who are committed to being or getting certified with organizations such as AB Ecocert (organic agriculture), HVE (environmental merit) and Terra Vivis.
  • We encourage our partners to till the soil to allow for better overall aeration.
  • We support our partners in the use of organic fertilizers.

Our commitments in terms of environmentally respectful packaging

Bottling at our certified and monitored sites :

  • International Food Standard: IFS
  • British Retail Consortium: BRC
  • Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point: HACCP

An overall approach that has allowed us to reduce our carbon emissions through diverse steps:

  • Waste recovery through recycling at our various sites;

  • Pioneers in the use of lighter bottles;

  • Using recycled cardboard boxes and recyclable labelling materials such as water-based inks and plant-based oil as well as water-based varnish;

  • Reducing losses during the crafting of our cuvées.
